Games on Sundays @ 4:00, 4:45, and 5:30.  45-minute games, typically 7 or 8 players per team.    9 players per team for machine pitch.  All players hit during an inning, want to avoid long innings.

Games on Wednesdays 5:30 and 6:30.  Even number of teams is ideal to enable scheduling, typically 9 players per team.

LL and PL teams will play usual schedule including all towns in the league.

Concession stand at all games is a must.  A draft of instructions/operating procedures for working the stand for parents on staffing rotation will be necessary.

HS age-team has interest, may be a group of Cedar Rapids players that together with Walford may form a complete team, Park’s chairperson Lane to follow up with CR contact.

Concession Stand Lease to be granted to Maggie Primmer of Walford.

Resignation of Ronnie Gann was accepted.
