Citizen comments

Erusha Park - the rocks within the play area are being taken and used inappropriately, inquiry made about if mulch is an option to replace rock.  Gravel was put in when park was installed as a safe and cost-effective, durable surface under equipment.  Playground to be checked to ensure railroad ties are containing gravel effectively.

Softball - what are to options for 3rd graders.  Also, what is the agreement that is in place for Fairfax for coach pitch - pictures, scheduling, and equitable use of facilities, teams.  Additionally improved communication from coaches would improve the experience.  It was noted that the arrangement this spring was established very quickly after the dissolution of the Prairie Youth Baseball League and much of what was learned in 2021 will be used to improve 2022.

Motion to adjourn by Miner.  Seconded by Lane.  Meeting adjourned.
