Meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm by Mayor Todd Gibbs

Roll Call: Greiner, Grimm, Ellis, Jones. Bauer was absent

Ellis moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Grimm. Roll Call: Unanimous

Ellis moved to Renew Current CD at 12 Month Special Rate, seconded by Grimm. Roll Call: Unanimous

Grimm moved to approve Resolution 2-24-2 Authorizing City Clerk to Close/Transfer Passbook Saving Accounts, seconded by Jones. Roll Call: Unanimous

Ellis moved to adjourn meeting at 6:05pm, seconded by Greiner. Roll Call: Unanimous
