Regular Meeting January 12, 2015Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., by Mayor Randy Bauer.Roll Call: Goodwin, Hoskins, Huber, Kane and Plogman were present. None absent.Goodwin moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Hoskins. Roll Call: Unanimous.Huber moved approval of the minutes from December 16, 2014 with correction to the date of theBudget Workshop from Monday December 26 to Monday January 26, seconded by Plogman.Roll Call: Unanimous.Hoskins moved approval of the December 31, 2014 Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Kane.Roll Call: Unanimous.Kane moved approval of the January Expenditures, seconded by Goodwin, Roll Call: Unanimous.Jeff Meyers Prevention Specialist from ASAC was present to explain and to answer questions regardingadoption of a Social Host Ordinance. Council took no action.Fire Chief Mike Sankot was present to show new first responder medical vehicle.Huber introduced Resolution No. 1-15-1 adopting a Minimum Age for Rental of the Community Center, seconded by Plogman. Roll Call: Unanimous.Mayor and Council reviewed recommendations from Hogan and Hansen P.C., FY 13/14 examination report.Appointment for Benton County Landfill Commission was tabled.Other areas of discussion included but not limited to the following: Board vacancies, meeting with Hart- Frederick Consultants, railroad crossing, and culvert repairs.Kane moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:33 p.m., seconded by Goodwin.
