Regular Meeting                                                                                                                                February 9, 2015 Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., by Mayor Randy Bauer.Roll Call: Goodwin, Hoskins, Kane and Plogman. Huber was absent.Hoskins moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Goodwin. Roll Call: Unanimous.Kane moved approval of the minutes from January 12 and 26 as posted and published, seconded by Goodwin. Roll Call: Unanimous.Kane moved approval of the January 31, 2015 Treasurer’s Report seconded by Plogman. Roll Call: Unanimous.Hoskins moved approval of the February Expenditures, seconded by Kane. Roll Call: Unanimous.Resident was present to inquire about Second Street S improvements and property cleanups.Goodwin moved approval of the Preliminary Budget for Publication and set Public HearingDate of March 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., seconded by Hoskins. Roll Call: Unanimous.Goodwin moved approval of the General and Sewer Fund 6 month CD renewals, seconded by Plogman. Roll Call: Unanimous.Plogman moved approval of the L.L. Pelling 2015 Parking Lot Seal Coat Proposal, seconded by Goodwin. Roll Call: Unanimous.Mayor and Council reviewed Sheriff Report for July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, report was placed on file.Kane moved approval of the appointment of Shawn Kolosik to the Board of Adjustment, seconded by Plogman. Roll Call: Unanimous.Kane moved approval of the appointment of Tim Yoder as Walford’s Representative on the Benton County Landfill Commission, seconded by Goodwin. Roll Call: Unanimous.Other areas of discussion included but not limited to the following: Property cleanup progress, Garbage Amnesty Day Scheduled for May 15.Park and Recreation Board February 3, 2015 minutes were received and placed on file.Kane moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:18 p.m., seconded by Plogman.
