Walford Park and Recreation MinutesRegular Meeting Tuesday, December 4, 2018Meeting was called to order at 7 pm.Roll Call: Reed, Miner, Meyers, Gann present. Lane was absent. Motion by Meyers to approve November 6th, 2018 minutes, seconded by Gann. Approved unanimous. Christmas party was a success, very good attendance with many kids enjoying Santa and the giveaways. Discussion of concession stand lease for 2019. Motion to approve lease for 2019 to Pam Beatty by Gann, seconded by Reed, approved unanimous. Execution pending the signing of the lease. Equipment/grounds/maintenanceProposal to add picnic table and pad at Knapp Creek opposite the bench, and to add trash can similar to city park, discussion, tabled and to be reviewed at January parks meeting.
