Walford Planning and Zoning Commission ProceedingsComprehensive Plan Meeting #5 November 12th, 2019Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m., by Chairperson Mike Leymaster.Roll Call: Brown, Butz, Leymaster. Blanchard and Grabe were absent.Butz moved approved of the agenda, seconded by Brown. Roll Call: Unanimous.Brown moved approval of the minutes from October 8th, 2019, seconded by Butz. Roll Call: Unanimous.Jarad Foss and Kelli Scott of Snyder & Associates conducted Comprehensive Planning meeting #5.Topics of Discussion included: Public survey results, focus groups for water and transportation will be held on January 14th, 2020 and a work session with City Council on February 10th, 2020. Engagement Event was tabled until February.Next meeting will be January 14th, 2020 6:00 p.m. No meeting in December.Brown moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m., seconded by Butz.
