Walford Planning and Zoning Commission Proceedings

Comprehensive Plan Meeting #9                                                                     Tuesday July 14, 2020

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m., by Chairperson Leymaster.

Roll Call: Blanchard, Brown, Butz, Grabe, Leymaster.

Butz moved approved of the agenda, seconded by Grabe. Roll Call: Unanimous.

Brown moved approval of the minutes from March 9th, 2020 as posted, seconded by Blanchard.                             Roll Call: Unanimous.

Residents were present to ask questions regarding draft plan.

Kelli Scott and Jarad Foss of Snyder & Associates conducted Comprehensive Planning meeting #9.

Review comprehensive plan documents.

Zoning district titles to be changes to match current code.

Council to review and approve before public release.

Grabe moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m., seconded by Brown. Roll Call: Unanimous.
