Walford Park and Recreation Minutes

Regular Meeting                                                                                                           February 1st, 2022

Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM. Lane, Primmer, Hebert present. Miner, Davis was absent.

Motion to approve minutes from January 5th, 2021 by Lane. Seconded by Hebert.          Approved unanimous.

Election of Chairperson and secretary postponed until March 1, 2022 meeting

2022 Baseball Season

Discussion regarding uniform order. 

Motion to approve 2500.00 for uniforms by Primmer. Seconded by Lane. 

Motion to approve 450.00 for baseball bats and baseballs by Primmer. Seconded by Hebert. 

Discussion regarding Umpire pay. 40.00 for behind the plate umpire, 30.00 for in field umpire and 45.00 if only one umpire per game. Bi-monthly payment for umpires

General Equipment/Grounds Maintenance

Fill dirt is still needed around concrete slab of the pickle ball court

Motion to adjourn by Lane. Seconded by Primmer. Meeting adjourned at 8:02 pm
