Walford Planning and Zoning Commission Proceedings

Regular Meeting                                                                                              Monday August 11, 2025

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm, by Leymaster.

Roll Call: Butz, Scott, Vaske, Leymaster. Brown was absent.

Butz moved approved of the agenda as posted, seconded by Scott. Roll Call: Unanimous.

Butz moved approval of the minutes from November 27th, 2023 as posted, seconded by Scott.                             Roll Call: Unanimous.

A public hearing was held at 6:05 pm regarding the Annexation request from Jim Bartosh. No written or oral objections were received. Hearing was closed at 6:08 pm.

Scott moved to recommend Annexation, seconded by Vaske. Roll Call: Unanimous

A public hearing was held at 6:09 pm regarding the Rezoning from “A” Agricultural to “R-1” Single Family request from Jim Bartosh. No written or oral objections were received. Hearing was closed at 

6:10 pm.

Butz moved to recommend Rezoning, seconded by Vaske. Roll Call: Unanimous

Vaske moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 pm, seconded by Vaske. Roll Call: Unanimous.
