Walford Special Meeting Proceedings

Meeting was called ot order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Randy Bauer

Rol Cal: Bergmeier, Elis, Goodwin, Greiner &Jones.

Bergmeier moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Greiner. Rol Cal: Unanimous

Jay Hopkins of 10800 Morgan Valley Rd, Fairfax spoke to the council regarding the Morgan Valley Energy Center.

Apublic hearing was held at 6:00 pm regarding 2026 Street Improvement Project. No written or oral objections were received.

Greiner moved to close the public hearing at 6:05 pm, seconded by Elis. Rol Cal: Unanimous bergmeier moved to approve resolution 4-26-2, seconded by Jones approving &confirming Plan Specifications, Form of Contract & Estimate of Cost for the 2026 Street Improvement Project Council reviewed submitted bid received

Ellis moved to approve resolution 4-26-3 awarding contract for 2026 Street Improvement Project, seconded by Goodwin. Roll Call: Unanimous

FY 25/26 Proposed Budget Amendment Revenues & Expenditures were reviewed for publication.

Jones moved to set public hearing date for May 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm for YF 25/26 Budget Amendment, seconded by Goodwin. Roll Call: Unanimous

Greiner moved to approve Firehouse Pyrotechnics proposal for Fireworks Display, seconded by Bergmeier. Rol Call: Unanimous

Greiner moved to approve Concession Stand Lease Agreement to Jan Marte, seconded by Ellis. Roll Call: Unanimous

Bergmeier moved to approve Ken-Way Work Estimate to repair LF belly in sewer main &trenchless

point repair, seconded by Goodwin. Rol Cal: Unanimous

Greiner moved to approve Ken-Way Work Estimate to clean & inspect MH 43B, seconded by Jones. Roll Call: Unanimous

Ellis moved to approve Cronbaugh Excavating estimate to clean &haul away debris from 1st St N& Knapp Creek Blvd &Hwy 151 &4ht St N, seconded by Goodwin. Rol Cal: Unanimous

Bergmeier moved to adjourn meeting at 6:31 pm, seconded by Greiner. Roll Call: Unanimous
