Special Meeting August 18, 2026

Meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm, by Mayor Randy Bauer

Roll Call: Bergmeier, Ellis, Goodwin, Greiner, & Jones.

Ellis moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Jones. Roll Call: Unanimous

Ellis moved approval of the minutes from 8/11, seconded by Goodwin. Roll Call: Goodwin, Jones & Ellis. Bergmeier & Greiner abstained.

Bergmeier moved to approve resolution 8-26-1 approving Temporary Street Closure on Erusha Dr Between A Ave NE & B St NE, seconded by Ellis. Roll Call: Greiner, Bergmeier, Ellis & Goodwin. Jones abstained.

Goodwin moved to approve 2nd Reading of Ordinance #227 Amending the Walford Code of Ordinances 2022 Chapter 145 & adding Section 145.09 & 145.10 pertaining to Dangerous Buildings, seconded by Jones. Roll Call: Unanimous

Jones moved to approve June 30th, 2026 State Outstanding Obligation Report, seconded by Ellis.

Roll Call: Unanimous

Other items of discussion included, but not limited to, updates on abatement statuses, LRS,Fringe Area Agreement as well as mold remediation.

Jones moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:09 pm, seconded by Bergmeier. Roll Call: Unanimous
